State University has an opening for a Grants & Agreements Intake
Coordinator (GAIC) in the office of Sponsored Projects Administration
(SPA). The GAIC is a professional staff member in the centralized SPA
office, and serves as the the primary point of intake for award and
subaward document processing, ensuring that all necessary documents are
received, appropriately tracked, and correctly distributed within the
SPA office and to the campus community. The GAIC additionally ensures
the accuracy and completeness of sponsored project-related data and
records maintained in SPA’s electronic databases and document management
systems, including Kuali Research and OnBase, and serves as a backup to
the Award Setup Coordinator.
This position requires a BA/BS with 1 year
of related experience. The starting annual salary rate for this
position will be $45,624-$49,000, dependent upon qualifications and
experience, and includes PSU’s excellent benefits package with 95%
premium paid healthcare; a generous retirement and vacation package; and
reduced tuition rates for the employee, spouse or dependent at any of
the Oregon Public Universities. The position will remain open until
finalists are identified.
