I have found the CDRMP Program Officers to pretty quick in responding to questions about the guidelines; especially when you include the word “question” in the Subject line as you did with your email to this List.

We have a research applying for the DoD’s CDRMP PRMRP Discovery Award, which has a project period of 24 months.  For the R & R form, would I put everything into year 1 only, or divide the budget between year 1 and 2?

I am thinking that, in the past, we put the entire budget period into year 1, but my memory is a bit fuzzy.  Of course, the guidelines are unclear….
