We submitted the same day the second package was released for funding, April 21st. I was on a call today with Diane Auer Jones, and she said they are processing them as first-in, first-out. We have not yet received notification.

You can submit the institutional portion as soon as you've submitted the student portion.
It's taken most schools, on average, about 10 days to get their student portion.

I’ve asked this question to the Department of Education directly, but I have not received a response nor have the FAQ’s been updated to cover this question.
The tuition and food reimbursements to students took place for us back in March, and the award date on our institutional portion of the CARES funds will be late April. Do any of you have concerns on drawing reimbursement funds for spending that occurred prior to the “award” date of your institutional CARES fund GAN?
