We have submitted the student portion for CARES funds last Friday. Is anyone know that when should we submit the institutional portion of the application? Can we submit it now or we have to wait until we receive the student portion funds? How long will take for receiving the funds after the submission of the application?

I’ve asked this question to the Department of Education directly, but I have not received a response nor have the FAQ’s been updated to cover this question.

 

The tuition and food reimbursements to students took place for us back in March, and the award date on our institutional portion of the CARES funds will be late April.   Do any of you have concerns on drawing reimbursement funds for spending that occurred prior to the “award” date of your institutional CARES fund GAN?
