From Florida State:

 

• All university sponsored domestic travel that was previously approved by FSU Travel Services is canceled and must be reevaluated by your respective university vice president for re-approval. Only travel deemed essential by a university vice president will be reapproved. All other previously approved domestic travel is canceled.
• Any new university sponsored domestic or international travel requests must be approved by a university vice president, who will determine if it is essential.
