Tell me about your experience with subawarding to industry partners. How do you assess risk, verify expenditures, etc., when industry partners don't want to be fully open about their operations and financials? Do you require they submit audited financials? Salary documentation? What if they push back? How do you manage that? Just thinking ahead here. . .
