We have not used them and as a State of Texas agency, we have more restrictive purchasing/p-card policy.

I manage a large Dept. of Education grant and we need to incentivize survey study participants as well.

Our Purchasing Department is looking into how we can do this to meet State regulations. Our program office at ED is OK with it.

I emailed someone at Abilene Christian, and they use a purchasing card to order the e-gift cards. We can’t do that.

If you like I’ll let you know what we find out about the process.
