I wanted to obtain clarification regarding the ED-424 Budget. On page 114, it is noted The Department is requesting that you complete the Budget Information – Non-Construction Programs (ED Form 524) for ONLY the 2020-2021 year.

It is not necessary to provide a budget summary for the total five-year grant period requested.

I am currently only completing Project Year 1 under section A – Budget Summary within the ED-524 form and only including the 1 year total on my SF 424 Cover Page. I wanted to confirm this was your interpretation as well.
