Register now for the Virginia Clinical Research Conference: Collaborate 2020 on April 3, where clinical research coordinators, investigators and clinicians will share perspectives, discuss best practices, and collaborate on new opportunities in clinical research.

Join your peers from across the state at the one-day conference that is focused on involving stakeholders (patients, families, communities, clinical providers and research team members) in the planning and conduct of clinical research.

Early Bird Registration ends Feb. 3.

Deadline to register is March 3.

  • Registration (after Feb. 3, until March 3): $75

New! Optional Pre-Conference Networking Event

Register early for the pre-conference networking event from 6-8 p.m. on Thursday, April 2, 2020 (space is limited) for an opportunity to engage with conference presenters, translational investigators, health data scientists, clinician researchers and scientists, and research team members from across the Commonwealth. Posters selected for competition will also be on display for viewing. Use this unique opportunity to make connections, collaborate, and exchange ideas with those across the Commonwealth dedicated to accelerating and improving clinical research and its processes.

*This is a limited event, and an additional $10 fee is required during conference pre-registration for networking event attendance.
Poster Session and Competition:

Poster abstracts may be submitted to one of two categories. Ten posters from each category will be selected for presentation and judging:

  1. Clinical Research Science
  2. Clinical Research Management and Operations

Submission deadline: Friday, February 28 at 11:59 p.m. All primary authors will be notified via email of conference poster selection by Friday, March 13.
