We have a web-based system that pulls all of the proposal and award info and puts it into a Word document that looks very similar to the Word doc that Rebecca
included earlier.

I generally discourage PIs and administrators from using these types of templates. They aren’t required and they make everything unnecessarily complicated. We just list the required information in a basic format, like this:
