Hi Martha,

This is an institutional certification; the PI would not complete it.  It does, however, need to be on file for the recipient organization, completed and signed by your certifying official for NIH.  Note the names provided for Research Misconduct and RCR officials may reside in another office.

Cheers,
Charna

Remember you can initiate this process with "good working drafts."  Contact your departmental specialist (https://orsp.appstate.edu/departmental-assignments/departmental-assignments) or stop by Sponsored Programs (3rd floor of the JET Bldg) to schedule a consult before routing in AGrants to speed the process along.  We want to see you succeed!

Hi!

My client was told by NIH that they need to complete a response to the 2018 Annual Report on Possible Research Misconduct (form PHS-6349).  Does anyone have a sample response to this question that they would be willing to share with me? For background, they work in computational biology; no human subjects are involved.

Best,
Martha
