There are too many changes for me to list here, but if you’ve never read the Compliance Supplement before, I’d strongly recommend reading Part 1 “Background, Purpose, and Applicability,” Part 3 “Compliance Requirements” (3.1 is for awards under old OMB circulars and 3.2 is for awards under the UG), Part 5 “Cluster of Programs,” and Part 6 “Internal Control.”
