Good morning,

 

I’m wondering whether any of you have language that you have used in contracts that speaks to the protection of course content developed for a sponsored program.  We’re creating an executive education course and I haven’t found anything online that really works.  If you have something you can share it would be greatly appreciated!  Happy Friday eve!  Kirsten
