Hi,

 

Can anyone point me to where NIH talks about RPPRs and no cost extensions?  In the final budget period, if you extend the period using a no cost extension, my understanding is that you don’t submit a RPPR until the end of the no cost extension.  I can’t seem to find this stated anywhere, though.
