Per the SF424 for Career Awards, they all must use the R&R Budget form – the Modular one is not permissible:

Thank you for your responses yesterday concerning the K01 Biosketches.

I have another question concerning the budget:

Am I supposed to use the modular budget form for this, or do I use the R & R long budget? My thought is that, since the award includes salary and fringe, which will be an odd amount each year, I should use the R & R long budget.
