Industry Contract Officers at Applied Innovation are responsible for the negotiation of certain agreements with the for-profit sector that relate to campus research activities. The negotiation
and administration of industry-related agreements includes all agreements related to the support of research and scholarly training activities by for-profit entities, including, but not limited to, research agreements, material transfer agreements, collaboration
agreements and confidentiality agreements.
