The Faculty Cluster Initiative (FCI) at the University of Central Florida (UCF) seeks a seasoned research administrator for the position of Pre/Post Award Manager. The selected candidate
will hold delegated authority to endorse proposals, commitments and certifications on behalf of FCI. This position performs pre-award sponsored project functions associated with the review and submission of proposals providing timely, high-quality and coordinated
research administrative services to UCF faculty and research staff within every involved College/Department/Unit, which spans the entire university. The Pre/Post Award Manager-FCI will serve as a liaison with sponsors, home-units and ORC for post award matters
including technical and budgetary project modifications. This position requires a bachelor’s degree in an appropriate area and two years of experience or a master’s degree in an appropriate area. Research administration experience with NIH, IRB, Clinical,
and IACUC are strongly preferred. In addition, preference will be given to those possessing research administration experience with the NSF, DOD, Department of Energy, and Department of Education. CRA designation also preferred. For more information or to
