I will also add on that Central Michigan University also has an MSA in Research Administration and a certificate in Research Administration. It is an online program as well!

Good Morning (Mountain Time),

I realize this probably shouldn’t matter, but does anyone know of any programs at institutions on the West coast?

Thanks,

Good Afternoon RESADM-L,
Just as another option to consider, I received by Masters in Public Administration from James Madison University.  The faculty and program format allowed me to focus my specific projects, papers, etc. on research administration, while learning in a broader context of non-profit and government management.  As I’ve not participated in one of the MRA programs, I cannot compare.

I got my CRA in 1999 (yes, I’m old) and completed my MPA in 2010.

Cheers,
Lori

Good Afternoon, Pamela!

I highly recommend the University of Central Florida’s MRA program as well, as their curriculum and professoriate are exceptional. Go Knights!

Greetings all,

Has anyone completed or is in the process of working toward an MS in research administration? I am interested in this path and would like to hear about other people's experiences. I am looking at two graduate programs at the moment - CUNY's and Johns Hopkins's. Both are online. Feel free to email me privately.

Best,
Pamela
