Hello,

I would like to get an idea from other institutions on how you achieve certification from your PI’s that expenses paid on sponsored projects are allocated and spent in accordance with terms of the award and within administrative (UG) guidelines.

·         Do you submit reports for certification monthly; quarterly, etc?

·         How do you obtain certification or signature from the PI?

·         Can you give us an example of the steps you take to obtain certification from the PI?

Thanks for any advice or help in obtaining this extra level of compliance.
