Dear Colleagues,

 

I was wondering if you could provide guidance on a certain situation I’m in. A PI is pushing for an Off-Campus rate to be utilized in their proposal; however, when we asked what the off-campus location is, she provided her personal residence. She stated that most of the work would be done “virtually.” I have my own thoughts on why this wouldn’t be acceptable, but I wanted to see if anyone else has encountered a similar situation, and what the outcome was. Any guidance would be appreciated.
