This is a question for all those institutions who work with industry sponsors to conduct clinical trials. We are reviewing our standard fees for clinical trials and are seeking information about best practices for fees and communications regarding those fees. Specifically, if you are willing to share your institution’s standard clinical trial fees, including the start-up fee(s), and/or any documentation you send to study sponsors at the start of a clinical trial detailing what services the fees cover, it would be very much appreciated.

Also, if you know of any online resources that may be useful, please share!
