No ouch yet. This is preemptive. Just a have a big application with lots of people at lots of places who aren’t
giving us just what we’d like. I want to make sure that we stay focused on submitting a competitive project and not waste time haranguing people about minutiae that may be irrelevant to the proposal viability.
