Hello fellow Research Administrators:

My collaborator, Tammy Good and I are moderating a panel discussion entitled “Women Leaders in Research Administration: Breaking the Glass Ceiling” at the upcoming SRA Southern/Midwest Section Meeting in Nashville on Monday, May 8th @ 2:15-3:30 PM.

We are looking for 2-3 additional people to serve on our panel. We are seeking women who hold senior leadership roles/positions (e.g., Associate Vice President for Research; Director, Sponsored Programs Office; Assistant Director Pre-Award and/or Post Award) in research administration.  Panelists will relay stories of their career journey, along with lessons learned about the importance of strategic career planning, networking, education, and professional development.

If you are attending the meeting and interested in participating, please contact Tammy at xxxxxx@iu.edu by Wednesday, 4/19 for more information.

Thank you for your consideration and we look forward to hearing from you.
