Hi Debbie,
Last week I reached out to Jodi Black/Mike Lauer at NIH and they responded that an NIH Guide notice will be coming soon.
Thanks,
David

Subject: [RESADM-L] NIH Salary Cap
Is there any news on the NIH Salary Cap? We usually get an announcement in January, but I have not seen anything so far this year. The NIH web page on FY2017 Funding and Operating Guidelines (last updated 2/2/17) is still referencing
the old cap.

Thanks!
Debbie
