Good morning, Research Administrators!

Yes, I am recycling my question from last week to appeal to your kindness again.   I didn’t get any responses to my question other than 5 replies from individuals that are also interested in faculty needs questions.   We are working on the NIH BRAD, which is a program that supports faculty research administration professional development and research administration infrastructure development.   To make our case we would like to create a needs assessment survey for faculty capturing their confessions of strengths and weaknesses, the barriers that prevent them from participating in sponsored research, etc.        Do you already have a survey that you wouldn't mind sharing?     I appreciate your help.     Thank you!

Sincerely,

Bianca Hunter – Assistant Director
