I have a question related to the new NSF grant proposal guide.  Collaborators and other Affiliations has been pulled out of the biosketch and is now to be included as a table in the single-copy documents.  In a collaborative proposal submitted by multiple institutions, should the Collaborators and other Affiliations document for all PIs be submitted by the lead institution, or should each institution submit its own document for its own PIs?  The section in the GPG on collaborative proposals doesn’t address this.
