Hi-

 

We submitted an application and received (a lot of) Grants.gov errors (see below).

 

We were told on the phone that the reason was that attached files (mostly sub-award budgets) were “encrypted”.

 

Does anyone know a way of de-encrypting without re-typing all the forms?

 

Any other advice?
