For those interested in seeing what the new NIH Form D application components look like, here is NIH’s dedicated site.

NIH will officially release the Form D packet in early March 2016 for use with application due dates on or after May 25, 2016 (with the exception of fellowship applications which will start using the Form D for due dates beginning August 8, 2016).
