Yes. We’ve used this spreadsheet successfully for several years on all our budgets, but it work exceptionally well for USDA.

Subject: [RESADM-L] USDA-AFRI budget template?

 

Has anyone developed a spreadsheet to automatically compare IDC rates on USDA – AFRI budgets?  Applicants must budget for least amount of F&A, using one of two rates, either 42.85% X TDC or Negotiated Rate X MTDC. 

 

If you are willing to share, please respond off list.  We are specifically looking for a spreadsheet that calculates MTDC vs TDC while accommodating multiple subawards over 5  years of budgeting.
