Colleagues,

I'm hoping to tap the collective wisdom and experience on the Resadm list in a 2 part request for information blow.

1.       We are looking to work with a consulting group like Huron or Maximus but they need to have experience with hospitals and/or independent academic medical centers.  I'm interested in any recommendations and/or personal experiences with different consultant groups. Specifically, we are looking for assistance with:

a.       Evaluation of the location of the Office of Sponsored Programs within the hospital with the thought of moving OSP to the health system level and flow of grant funds within the organization

b.      Possible IDC rate renegotiation if the location of OSP within the health system (currently at hospital, not system level) changes

c.       Assistance with policy development and review focusing on Uniform Guidance requirements

2.       I’m looking to get in touch with any hospitals, especially independent academic medical centers, that would be willing to share policies and/or forms with us.
