I have been scanning previous discussions for information on internal competitions software suggestions. Our institution is looking for a robust system. 

Our institution uses Qualtrics, a survey software, to collect reviews from our review panels, produce data and feedback for applicants, and to collect final reports from internal awardees. It has proven a very robust way to create questionnaires and get the data in various formats. HOWEVER, we still don't have a good solution for the electronic submission of application materials, tracking applicants and reviewers, or creating letters. We looking for a software system better designed for the specific peer review function. 

Here is what our research so far has uncovered: 

• infoReady Review is a newly released software designed specifically for research administrators to manage internal grant applications, the review process and final reporting. This looks very promising
• Application workflow software seems to abound. I have seen this under names like FluidReview, WizeHive, Interfolio
• Some institutions, like Duke, have previously designed their own homemade software using some open source software

Before we start more explorations, I'd like to know if others have uncovered anything beyond these solutions I've seen lately.
