Hi All,

We recently got a mixed feedback from NSF regarding multi-campus entities' eligibility to submit to announcements that limit the number of submissions per organization. The first was that each campus in a multi-campus system may serve as lead institution as long as it has a separate administrative structure and awards degrees separately. The other was that, in addition to the above, the campus must have a separate SRO that can submit proposals and accept awards distinctly from the other.

Any thoughts on how this has worked for similarly situated instituted institutions would be helpful.
