The University Industry Demonstration Partnership (www.UIDP.org) is holding a Negotiation Workshop on Master Agreements, March 30-31, 2015, immediately prior to the UIDP Meeting at Purdue University. This UIDP Academy workshop showcases the perspectives of different industry sectors and circumstances, from pharmaceutical and medical device industries to companies operating in the aerospace and defense technology sectors. Utilizing the UIDP Contract Accords, the workshop provides insight and practical tools that can be used by both newcomers and experienced university and industry negotiators alike, in the pursuit of high-value, university – industry partnerships and strategies. The workshop will walk the participants through the components of a master agreement, give the perspectives of industry and academic institutions, and show you how to use them to advance academic and corporate interests.
