Subject: Passing along a helpful PI Portfolio tracking template

Hi x, from a fellow Higher Ed administrator!

While at Columbia and Cornell Universities, one thing we’ve struggled with is tracking and summarizing research portfolios by PI (both directs and indirects) in a clean, flexible, easy-to-update way.

After talking to other administrators here and at national conferences, we quickly realized we weren't the only ones struggling with this issue.

We’ve found an incredible built-in Excel solution for this exact problem and have built out a robust template that has helped us tremendously. We’d love to pass it along to others who may benefit too.

It’s helped colleagues at Columbia University, Cornell University, University of Pennsylvania, and University of Wisconsin, and we think it can help at University of Washington too.

We’ve set up a free 45 minute online webinar next Tuesday, November 4th at 1pm EST to go through the tool and hear feedback from fellow Higher Ed administrators, and we'd love you to join.

You can register for the webinar by clicking here.

**There’s a cap on the number we can fit into the webinar, so if you’re interested, register soon to make sure you don’t get locked out!**

Also, please feel free to forward this along to any of your coworkers who you think would benefit. We’d love their feedback/participation in the webinar as well.

Looking forward to chatting and hearing your feedback!
