I met with a colleague from another Texas university the other day, and she mentioned her Pre-Award stops as soon as the ‘submit’ button is hit.

In our department, the guidelines are that Pre-Award continues until the fund or cost center number is established and fully in place.

I’m asking for input as to what your standards are within your various research administration communities…

If this has been a previous discuss, please excuse the duplication, it just became of interest to our group.
