Dear Rebecca,

If I were doing this in California, I would ask the Commission on POST (Peace Officer Standards and Training). They oversee testing for P.O.S.T. certification which is a pre-requisite to being hired as a Peace Officer in California. CALEA (The Commission on Accreditation for Law Enforcement Agencies) may be a good resource as well.  Maybe the American Bar Association (ABA)?

Good Luck!

Subject: Looking for a project consultant

ONU is submitting a proposal to INL (International Narcotics and Law

Enforcement) to provide training and symposiums related to Rule of Law over a period of five years. We are looking for a consultant who would assist with evaluation of such training. I have contacted some University evaluation centers (Miami, BG and Cincinnati) in Ohio with no luck.

Does anyone have any names of firms, organizations or individuals that I might contact? Time is of the essence, so a speedy reply would be much appreciated.
