Columbia University is seeking applications for a Senior InfoEd Application Administrator, in the Columbia University Information Technology (CUIT) department.


Reporting to the Director of Research Services, the Senior InfoEd Application Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day ongoing operations and application maintenance as the steward for the InfoEd Grants Management system. 

CHARACTERISTIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 
Integrates business requests and needs into workflows to the InfoEd Grants Management system. Interacts with Sponsored Projects Administration Functional Managers, technical infrastructure, and application vendor as required. Maintains and improves upon existing interfaces (SQL). Performs day-to-day system administrative functions required for the monitoring and operation of systems as needed. Leads in planning and implementation of upgrades to software and hardware. Researches tests and evaluates potential impacts to upgrades and changes to workflows.
