Hello all, my situation is that one subcontract withdrew after participating and being paid over $25,000.  Full indirect was charged to the funder for this portion of the subcontract.  A second subcontractor had to be engaged to replace the withdrawn subcontract.  My office of research wants to charge full indirect on this replacement subcontractor’s first $25,000!  I need some help from you all as to the correct charging of indirect when one subcontract replaces another after the initial $25,000 has been charged full indirect.
