Good morning,
Our university is gearing up to solicit proposals from firms to negotiate our next IDC rate with the government. This will be the first time we've ever undertaken this activity, and are unsure of how to create an RFP to solicit such services.
If anyone has any examples they could share with me, I would greatly appreciate it. Feel free to contact me offline.
