Good Morning Everyone,

 

We are increasingly running into issues during our negotiation of contracts and consent documents with industry sponsors with regards to subject injury language.  Specifically, the sponsor would like to require that any subject injury claims be submitted to insurance and/or Medicare prior to them paying those expenses.  Does your institution allow for this?  If not, would you have a policy that you could share with me?
