GRANT AND CONTRACT ADMINISTRATOR – Pre-Award - # 12023

Applications are invited for a Grants and Contracts Administrator, Pre-Award position at Old Dominion University Research Foundation.

 

Old Dominion University Research Foundation provides research administration services in support of Old Dominion University and its affiliated organizations. These services include accounting, contract administration, financial administration and reporting, grant administration, human resources, payroll and purchasing functions for sponsored programs. In Fiscal Year 2011, the Foundation managed approximately $100M in research expenditures.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES
Key responsibilities of a Grants and Contracts Administrator, Pre-Award include:

 

QUALIFICATIONS
A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required. One or more years of related experience is required. Work requires broad knowledge in a technical field such as sponsored programs, finance, business administration or contract administration. Demonstrated knowledge of federal regulations governing sponsored programs, including OMB circulars, FAR and DFAR clauses and export control, is preferred.

 

SALARY
This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits program.
