Has anyone submitted a letter of intent through the Department of Energy’s ARPA-E eXCHANGE? I’m trying to submit one that is due this afternoon, only minimal information is required and no documents. However, when I try to submit it, it says I must supply a concept paper before I can submit. The concept papers aren’t due until April 12, so I’m confused. This is the first time I’ve submitted to this agency and I’m unclear on what to do. The ARPA-E xCHANGE isn’t helpful since I need to e-mail them and got a response that they were dealing with a lot of people right now.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
