Or maybe SRA / NCURA / NCUBO meeting material? Joint regionals coming up next year too – anyone on the program committee(s) ? Just a thought – jay.

this sounds like a good chance for "crowd sourcing." If all who review the document would post their comments and changes in one of the "sharing" apps (Google Docs, Windows live, or something) then a great
template could be developed. You could use something like the "commons" license to let all contribute and receive appropriate credit for their effort.
Maybe a real opportunity for a student or retiree with a bit of time on their hands to set it up.

I would love to see a copy of the manual when you are finished. I love this idea.

Some time ago I posted a query to the list about a comprehensive procedure manual for sponsor programs. My thanks to everyone who responded with suggestions of resources to draw
upon—I’m sorry I can’t thank you by name, mostly because I’ve forgotten who you are.
While I am still working on tidying up some of the loose ends, I thought I’d provide the table of contents to the procedures manual I’ve put together over the last month. Any suggestions
for additions are warmly accepted.
