Subject: [RESADM-L] Help with SF-424A (Budget Non-Construction Programs)

Hello all,
I am relatively new to Research Administration (8 months) and have only used the SF-424A budget form a couple of times and it always throws me. Does anyone have a good example of one filled out correctly - particularly where the budget includes cost share and subawards. Section A seems pretty straight forward since it is looking only for grand totals. But with Section B - is the break down by category looking for the grand total including cost share all in one column? That is how I'm interpreting the instructions but it doesn't make intuitive sense to me. Does anyone else find this form perplexing or is it just me?
