Suggestions to consider:

1.      One really nice portal is the WashingtonWatch.com which tracks the bills and pending regulations.   Right now I am tracking the DATA Act of 2011 which if passed will repeal the FFATA law.  If passed the DATA act will take effect October 1, 2011 and then it will change a lot of our post award paperwork and data gathering.  It will impact all federal agencies too.

Get WashingtonWatch as an RSS feed and you will be able to scroll through for brief summaries very quickly.  I create my own list from spotting new laws from funding agencies.  I don’t know of a filtered list for E.O.

2.     Another good spot is the Public Laws for the 112th Congress:

Subject: [RESADM-L] Executive Orders Pertinent to Grantees

Hi, everyone!

I’ve had a question about whether there is someplace (‘one stop shopping’) where all Executive Orders that have importance for grantees are listed.  I know about the archives for all EOs, but I am not sure if anyone keeps a list of the ones that have implications for grantees.

If anyone is aware of such a site, please let me know!

Thanks!

Pam
