Manager

Electronic Research Administration Team

 

Dartmouth College is seeking a technical leader to fill the position of Manager of the Electronic Research Administration Team. If selected, you’ll manage a newly formed team responsible for implementing and supporting Click Commerce’s electronic research portal to support College’s grants, IRB and conflict of interest applications.  You will be relied upon to work with faculty and staff in planning, assessing, and fulfilling their information system needs in support of the research enterprise. To qualify, you’ll need:

·         Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

·         6+ years of planning, systems analysis, project management, and supervisory experience in the design, development, and implementation of web based information systems.

·         Demonstrated technical career progression, to include hands-on programming experience.

·         Experience with SQL Server database software and web application development.

·         Experience evaluating, implementing, and supporting vendor-provided software.

·         Solid knowledge of software development, data design, and project management methodologies.

·         Applications management experience in a multi-tier and cross-platform systems environment.

·         Strong leadership, interpersonal, presentation and communication skills; ability to foster a collaborative team environment and provide excellent customer service; ability to communicate effectively and respectfully to a diverse community.
