To anyone is currently preparing a non-competing continuation progress report for a NEPR (Nurse Education, Practice and Retention) grant in the HRSA EHB system:
We are experiencing the following difficulties:
1. The Project Director designation in the Key Personnel section of the budget isn’t saving and generates an error message.
2. The Budget Period Dates entered in the Key Personnel section of the budget aren’t saving in this section or other budget sections and this generates error messages on each section of the budget that includes dates.
3. Domestic Travel and “Other” direct cost entries aren’t saving in other sections of the budget (no error message specific to this—just a $0.00 remains)
4. Total Direct Costs are to totaling automatically in the system. Again, no specific error message, just a $0.00 in the TDC line.
EHBS help desk has referred this problem to the web developers, but I’m wondering if this is a glitch related only to our grant or if others are experiencing the same difficulties with this recently “revised” procedure for requesting the next year’s funding.
