I would like to know how others are treating RCR training for individuals charging to federally sponsored contracts and grants.  It is my belief that since this is federally mandated that the training be conducted in accordance with ORI and that we are now required to certify for NSF and NIH that we are in compliant with RCR training/education; that this is an allowable charge, when face-to-face training is being conducted on campus.  I would like to hear from other research institutions as to how research staff, faculty, students and Post-Docs are charging their time for attending RCR training.
