Yes, but you will need to choose resubmission on the SF424 (you can only choose one option at this time).

Another quick question:

If an investigator had a 5 year funded awarded, which ended and he submitted a Renewal Application (A1) which was denied, would the next application (A2) (for the same project) be considered a Renewal as well or a Resubmission?
