Yes, our institution has had a couple of problems.  If there is a different computer you can move to and try, or another individual who has submission rights, give that a shot.

Wondering if anyone is having problems submitting today? I get as far as “processing, please don’t close the window.....” message and then things seem stuck.  I’ve tried several times, with no success...
